Bareeq Al Retaj Real Estate Company, renowned for its portfolio of landmark developments in the Kingdom, has successfully concluded its participation at Cityscape Bahrain 2024. Held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the prestigious event was held from 26 to 30 November 2024, at Exhibition World Bahrain, where Bareeq proudly showcased a diverse portfolio of projects and developments at its pavilion, attracting significant interest and engagement from visitors.

Through its pavilion, Bareeq Al Retaj showcased six master plans for its current and future real estate projects situated across various prime areas in the Kingdom. These developments span multiple key sectors, including residential, healthcare, hospitality, and others, each carefully designed to cater to the needs of future homeowners, potential investors and to align with Bahrain’s dynamic developmental vision.

The showcased projects included Ras Hayan Village, a tranquil, coastal development ideal for Bahraini families, and Strata at Dilmunia, a contemporary residential complex primed for investors looking to broaden their investment portfolios. Other residential projects included the Four Seasons Private Residences located in Bahrain Bay, a prestigious collection of 112 branded apartments that embody the pinnacle of luxury and sophistication. Meanwhile, Wahati Apartments located in Galali near Diyar Al Muharraq, offer a sense of community to create a warm, family-friendly living experience.

As part of its portfolio of upcoming developments, the Sinyar Medical Village underscored Bareeq’s commitment to medical tourism by delivering a ground-breaking project focused on wellness, healing, and relaxation. Building on its sustainability efforts, the Hawar Resort by Mantis reaffirmed the company’s dedication to eco-tourism through an elegant beachfront resort set to open in December 2024.
